Femra Care

At Femra Care, we aim to provide structured, professional, and responsible support for women’s hormonal health. Because our services involve consultations, professional expertise, and digital health programs, our refund and return policy is designed to maintain fairness for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Consultation Bookings

Once a consultation session with a Femra specialist has been completed, the service is considered delivered and payments are non-refundable.

If a patient needs to reschedule a consultation, the request should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, the session may be rescheduled based on specialist availability.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered completed sessions.

Structured Care Programs

For structured monthly or multi-month Femra programs, payments cover access to coordinated care, monitoring, and specialist guidance over the program period.

Because these services begin immediately after enrollment, program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has started.

If a patient wishes to discontinue participation, access to services may be stopped, but unused portions of the program may not be refunded.

Exceptional Situations

In rare cases where a technical issue, scheduling error, or service disruption occurs on the Femra side, our team may review the situation and offer a rescheduled session or alternative support where appropriate.

Each case will be evaluated individually to ensure fairness.

Diagnostic Tests and External Services

If Femra recommends diagnostic tests or laboratory services through partner facilities, those services are managed by the respective providers. Refunds or adjustments for laboratory services must follow the policies of the respective diagnostic center.

Wellness Products

If Femra offers wellness or health-related products in the future, return policies for those items will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
